I decided to try this salon for the first time after multiple unsuccessful haircuts at other salons and I am so happy I did. The experience here was flawless from start to finish. Millie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and she gave me incredible advice about what I could do with my hair next to keep it healthy. I left the salon feeling amazing about my hair and I can honestly say I've never been so happy with a haircut and a blow dry in my life. Without doubt, this was one of the best salon experiences I've ever had and I will not go anywhere else from now on. I cannot wait for my colour treatment next.

In my 25 years of adulthood I must have been to 20+ salons and this, without doubt, was the best experience I have had. I always have a rough idea of what I want but I'm no expert & this is the first time I felt like I was really being listened to & advice/guidance given that really helped to set out what we were going to do. I was at the salon for four hours and I have to say it was a very welcoming & friendly environment. It felt like a real rest away from hectic everyday life. I especially enjoyed the (optional) massage chair whilst having my hair washed. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone. She did a fantastic job, didn't rush & made suggestions I wouldn't have even thought about. This is the first time I've left a salon feeling like the stylist knew exactly what I wanted better than I even knew myself.

Adele looked after me and she was absolutely brilliant — really attentive, listened carefully to what I wanted, and made sure every detail was right. I visited the Terri Gilham Hair Spa to try out their new Japanese Head Spa service. Wow what an experience! I can honestly say i had the most relaxing amazing time. If you love having your head massaged or having your hair washed at the hairdressers then you need this in your life! It is another level! The process starts with a scalp consultation and specialist camera close-ups to determine any areas that need more attention. Your scalp is treated and massaged in various ways. The water halo was just so relaxing. The whole experience was out of this world and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back for more and buying my daughters a voucher for Xmas so they can experience it too.
